DVD-ROM Drive Option Kit (Servers)

The 16X DVD-ROM is the next generation of DVD-ROM for ProLiant Servers. It is offered with an industry-standard ATAPI interface and supported on most major operating systems. A DVD-ROM drive is designed to read not only CD-ROM/CD-R discs but also DVD-ROM, DVD-RAM, DVD+R/+RW and DVD-R/ -RW discs. It has a maximum speed of 16X with DVD and 40X when used with CD-ROM/CD-R.
