DIMM installation guidelines:

1. All DIMMs must be PC2-5300 Registered DDR2, 667 MHz, ECC DIMMS.
2. Both DIMM slots in a memory bank should be populated. The blade will work with 1 DIMM but not recommended as performance will suffer.
3. Banks must be populated in sequential alphabetic order, starting with bank A.
4. Both DIMMs in a memory bank should be identical. Install identical DIMMs as pairs only, starting with DIMM socket 1, bank A. If not; performance will suffer.
5. Multiple advanced memory protection (AMP) modes are supported, based on DDR2 DIMM population and RBSU selection. The server blade defaults to Advanced ECC
