Many customers are still using spreadsheets to do capacity planning. Many resources, even after virtual machines are deployed are still at less than 40% utilization on average. Average server utilization in test environments is often in the single digits, and equipment can stand idle for long periods of time. Moving, testing or troubleshooting applications on standalone servers can be a cumbersome process that stretches across multiple organizations. (Customers who purchase an electronic license to use are eligible for electronic updates only.) Installation & Startup Service
HP Matrix Operating Environment for HP ProLiant requires installation and startup services.
NOTE: Installation and Start-up services are required for each HP SIM Central Management Server (CMS) where HP Matrix Operating Environment will be deployed. Installation and start-up services are offered by HP Services and Authorized Business Partners.

NOTE: The HP Matrix Operating Environment for ProLiant Installation and Startup service does not include configuring of the HP Matrix Operating Environment recovery management. Once registered, you will receive a service contract in the mail containing the Customer Service phone number and your Service Agreement Identifier (SAID).
