• HP is introducing 11 new SKUs under HP VDI with VMware View 4. These offer both Enterprise and Premier editions for VMware View 4. The new View 4 integrated the latest VMware vSphere 4. However, it is backward compatible with VMware Infrastructure 3.5.
• Localization support for German and Japanese continues to be available in VMware View 3, which is based on ESX 3.5 and vCenter 2.5. This localization feature is currently not included in VMware View 4.

Enterprise edition is a basic edition that includes ESX platform, vCenter and a connection broker View Manager. The Premier edition includes additional software components such as View Composer to reduce the storage needs and ThinApp for application virtualization.
