Welcome to HP's Community & Regional Linux on ProLiant Servers!
HP works with a wide range of Linux distribution partners to enable ProLiant to run on these distributions.
ProLiant Servers are enabled on community and regional Linux distributions update as follows:
- Support comes from the community or regional Linux distribution partner. Connect and join
HP's Linux Forum where you can converse and assist others!
- Most of the drivers and some of the ProLiant management software are available in the distribution, thus enabling core ProLiant functionality on these community and regional Linux distributions. The core management functionality enabled on these distributions includes the following:
- Array Config Util (ACU) (cpqacuxe + hpacucli)
- HP Lights Out Config Util (hponcfg)
- Diagnostics (hpdiags)
- Management (hp-health, hp-snmp-agents)
- Systems Management Homepage (G7 & G6)
Additionally HP makes available System Management Software (
Insight Control for Linux) and Tools (
SmartStart Scripting Toolkit).
