During A Deployment Server Upgrade, The Service Username May Not Default To The Username Used During Previous Installations

Article: 131

Applies to:Release 1.00 through 3.70

During a Deployment Server upgrade and at the Deployment Server Information window, the Service user name may not be populated with a value that is your default username. During the installation, the default user is found by a search through the system table and populated with the last user logged in. This last user may not be the default username needed for the Deployment Server upgrade.

To resolve this issue, manually edit the Service user name field with your appropriate value.
