Follow the steps from the Wizard to validate your hardware configuration and prepare the server for the operating system (OS) installation
When prompted, insert the Operating System CD to complete the OS and device driver installation
You are done
Consistent manual installation
Server setup
Obtain your latest storage boot controller drivers either off of the web or from Autorun on the Easy Set-up CD. (Access to another system is required for access to the Internet and Autorun.) Then, boot your new server with the appropriate Operating System CD
Get your server up and running
Configure the server and its other hardware and array controller(s) by using the intelligent defaults, ORCA (Option-ROM Configuration for Arrays utility) or ACU (Array Configuration Utility) by booting the Easy Set-up CD
Manual Installation
Configure the server through the OS installation process; you may be prompted for the storage drivers you obtained earlier. Walk through the questions to complete the OS installation
After the manual OS installation is complete, apply the latest drivers from the Easy Set-up CD by launching Autorun from either Windows or Linux
