  • Warranty - HP will replace defective delivery media for a period of one year
    (12 months) following the date of purchase of your server.

  • Software Technical Support Services - provide easy access to experts for questions regarding use of the SmartStart after the 90-day period. This is also a way to secure extended coverage hours and committed response times (1 or 2 hours) from day one.
