Effective January 1, 2010 support of HP-UX will transition from HP Power Manager to the HP UPS Management Module to provide additional performance and functionality not available with software only. The HP UPS Management Module is compatible with most HP Rackmount Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS). For more information and a full list of compatible HP UPSs please click here 

HP Management Server and remote agents are supported on HP-UX Mission Critical version ONLY.

NOTE: The Management Server Remote Agent for HP Power Manager 4.0, 4.1 and 4.2 are not backward compatible with earlier versions of HP Power Manager.
