Easy to set up and configure

  • Quickly have your array controller set up and ready to use in minutes by answering a few basic questions in the configuration wizards.
  • Easily change your array configurations as your storage needs grow with innovative features such as Online Capacity Expansion, Logical Drive Capacity Extension, and RAID Level Migration.
  • Fine tune the controller's performance by personalizing your Read/Write cache ratio, stripe size, and Expand/Rebuild priority levels.

HP Option ROM Configuration for Arrays (ORCA)

  • A simple method for managing logical volumes during system power up by pressing F8 during POST
  • Allows the ability to create arrays, logical volumes, and assign an online spare drive
  • Allows the ability to view and delete logical volumes
  • Allows the ability to select the boot controller
  • For advanced array configurations use ACU

HP Array Diagnostic Utility (ADU)

  • In depth diagnostic and reporting utility for all Sm art Array controllers
  • Runs offline for all supported Operating Systems, and runs online for Windows and Linux in HP ProLiant 300 and 500 series servers
