Coffee Coaching is an online community where small business resellers can learn from and interact with experts from HP & Microsoft to become more knowledgeable about the key products and technologies that can help service customers better. Our videos are brief, 5-10 minute topic specific training from an industry expert and each provides actionable information to the viewer.
The concept arose out of great conversations with resellers at an event attended by both HP & Microsoft. Coffee Coaching was envisioned to continue those conversations and maintain the same dynamic customer facing collaboration that occurs naturally at events throughout the year. Since March 2010, Coffee Coaching has created videos and leveraged social media tools like YouTube, Facebook & Twitter to educate and engage resellers about Microsoft & HP products and technologies for small businesses.
We ask viewers to take a break with Coffee Coaching; we are tying a moment of on-the-job caffeination with a short, topic specific training from an established subject matter expert, one who may work on the next version of the product, this is information directly from the source. You choose the video and we deliver concise information targeted toward your needs. Each speaker also shoots a biographical video so you can get to know the experts better.
We love community engagement and many of the subjects covered in the Coffee Coaching program come directly from community feedback, either at events or on the Coffee Coaching social media sites.
