Windows Server Foundation will be available in several key languages such as English, Chinese Simplified, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Turkish, and Japanese; in 40 countries all around the world.
Windows Server Foundation offers the same functionality as Windows Server 2008® Standard but with limitations as to the number of simultaneous user connections.
