Exceptions
- A media kit can be sent (replacement or downgrade), only when the customer has already bought an HP OEM license.
- The Windows Server Media Downgrade team does not send product keys. The only exception is for the downgrades from WS 2008 R2 to WS2008; otherwise, customers will use the original product key number that came with their license.
- Support available only in English.
