HP StorageWorks P9000 for Business Continuity Manager Software enhances productivity by centralizing and simplifying management of HP P9500 Disk Array local and remote replication functionality in mainframe environments. It provides simplified and centralized enterprise-wide management of the P9500 disk array based mainframe replication capabilities provided by HP P9000 Business Copy for Mainframe, HP P9000 Continuous Access Synchronous for Mainframe, and HP P9000 Continuous Access Journal for Mainframe. By automating configuration and disaster recovery tasks, Business Continuity Manager reduces human error, saves time, and improves data availability. For additional efficiency, Business Continuity Manager provides scripting capability and group control commands, allowing administrators to manage multiple volumes easily. Through a linkage with P9000 Replication Manager Software, mainframe replication information can be displayed by P9000 Command View Advanced Edition Software.
